All calls and patient portal messages are returned within 24-72 business hours. Our goal is to respond to all messages the same day they are received. Messages to the providers are typically reviewed twice a day, at noon and at the end of the day. Messages in the morning will typically be returned after noon, messages in the afternoon will typically be returned by 6 p.m.
Urgent after-hours calls are returned by the on-call provider the same day.
Non-urgent after-hours calls are returned within 24-72 business hours.

PATIENT PORTAL: We offer a secure patient portal for all patients, which can be used to view your medical records, view lab results, request appointments or refills, or communicate directly with your healthcare provider. The patient portal is an encrypted website, where you sign in with a username and password - your e-mail information will not be sold, and we will not send you junk mail.
